Hallway and stairwell relight on sensors
A two-storey home in Woollahra had dark stairs and a gloomy hallway. We replaced the old fittings with wide-beam LEDs and added motion sensors so the stairwell lights itself at night without anyone hunting for a switch. Most of the housing on this side of Woollahra is Victorian terraces, so we planned cable routes and fixing points around that before touching a tool. The property sits a short drive from Woollahra Village, in a pocket of Eastern Suburbs we're working in most weeks.
