Once you approve the quote by email or phone, we lock in a time that suits you. We send a confirmation SMS the day before, arrive in a branded, stocked van, and complete the work in a single visit wherever possible. On completion, you receive the invoice — matching the quoted price — and your compliance certificate by email the same day.
