IC-rated downlights for a re-insulated ceiling
After a Edgecliff home had its ceiling insulation topped up, the old downlights were no longer insulation-contact rated. We swapped every fitting for IC-rated LEDs safe to cover with insulation. Edgecliff falls inside postcode 2027 on our Eastern Suburbs route, so we quote up front and finish to AS/NZS 3000 with a compliance certificate. Edgecliff is largely high-rise apartments, and that stock tends to dictate how much of the existing wiring we can reuse on a job like this.
