Kitchen relight for a mid-century renovation
Kitchen renovation in Enfield needed even task lighting over the island plus dimmable ambient. We laid out fittings on a 1.4 m² grid, installed pendants over the bench and wired a two-scene dimmer. Most of the housing on this side of Enfield is Federation and inter-war brick, so we planned cable routes and fixing points around that before touching a tool. It's a pattern we see across Enfield: 1930s wiring still lurking behind renovated interiors — inspection during any board upgrade is essential.
