Whole-home halogen swap in a Federation home
Owner in Leichhardt wanted 28 halogens replaced with dimmable LEDs before summer. We spec'd matched trailing-edge dimmers, swapped fittings room-by-room and left clean plaster cut-outs. Most of the housing on this side of Leichhardt is Federation terraces, so we planned cable routes and fixing points around that before touching a tool. The property sits a short drive from Norton Street, in a pocket of Inner West we're working in most weeks.
