Hallway and stairwell relight on sensors
A two-storey home in Bella Vista had dark stairs and a gloomy hallway. We replaced the old fittings with wide-beam LEDs and added motion sensors so the stairwell lights itself at night without anyone hunting for a switch. Bella Vista falls inside postcode 2153 on our Ryde/Hills route, so we quote up front and finish to AS/NZS 3000 with a compliance certificate. Bella Vista is largely townhouses, and that stock tends to dictate how much of the existing wiring we can reuse on a job like this.
